find多指偶爾發(fā)現(xiàn)、碰到,后面可跟名詞或that從句

我們?cè)谵k公處附近發(fā)現(xiàn)了一家挺好的新餐館。
A whale was found washed up on the shore.
一頭鯨被發(fā)現(xiàn)沖到了岸上。
find out指通過(guò)觀察、探索而發(fā)現(xiàn)事實(shí)真相，找到原因或發(fā)現(xiàn)秘密、錯(cuò)誤等。后面一般跟名詞、代詞或從句。
Have you found out why he was late？ 你弄清了他遲到的原因了嗎？
Can you find out what time the meeting starts? 你能查清楚會(huì)議什么時(shí)候開始嗎？
discover指發(fā)現(xiàn)客觀存在的事物或發(fā)現(xiàn)已存在卻不為人知的事情
Columbus discovered America in 1492. 哥倫布在1492年發(fā)現(xiàn)了美洲。
It was discovered in Hepei Province. 它是在河北省被發(fā)現(xiàn)的。
